A bill authored by Congressman Doc Hastings to name the Wenatchee VA clinic in honor of local veteran Elwood “Bud” Link was approved today by the House of Representatives.

“Bud Link was a critical ally in bringing hometown health care to veterans in North Central Washington, and naming this clinic in his honor is an appropriate way to recognize his efforts.”
